Copper Cow Coffee, a premium Vietnamese coffee brand, wanted to improve personalization, increase average order value, and drive more subscription growth on its Shopify Plus store. After custom-built solutions proved difficult to maintain, the team turned to Rebuy Engine for a more flexible ecommerce personalization platform, including support for product discovery, upsells, and promotional offers.

Rebuy Engine implemented Rebuy Smart Cart, Smart Search, in-cart and post-purchase upsells, add-to-cart popups, product recommendation widgets, and gift-with-purchase offers. The results were strong: AOV increased by 23.59%, subscription volume rose 27%, post-purchase offer conversion hit 8.2%, and 38.28% of orders included a Rebuy add-on, with Rebuy driving over 19% of total sales.
