Nat’v Trims Their App Stack, Increases AOV by 8.3%

Nat’v, an eco-friendly women’s underwear brand, was dealing with app overload on its Shopify Plus store and needed a better way to help shoppers find matching products while increasing average order value. The team also wanted support for bundling and gift-with-purchase promotions, so they looked for an affordable all-in-one merchandising solution and partnered with Rebuy Engine through their agency Alinga.

Rebuy Engine helped Nat’v consolidate three Shopify apps into one smarter stack and added personalized product recommendations, a Smart Cart, tiered progress bars, cart and checkout cross-sells, and Buy More Save More promotions. The result was an 8.3% increase in AOV, 7.66% of total sales attributed to Rebuy, and 28.52% of orders containing a Rebuy add-on, while also improving site speed and the overall shopping experience.
