DIME, the Utah-based beauty and personal care brand, wanted to elevate its ecommerce experience after finding that its standard cart lacked advanced upsell, gift-with-purchase, and tracking capabilities. Rebuy Engine implemented Smart Cart features including Gift With Purchase, upsell widgets, free sample offers, and Switch-to-Subscription through the Rebuy Launch Program. The results included an 11.9% increase in average order value, 27.8% of orders using a Rebuy add-on, and strong subscription growth, with Switch-to-Subscription driving 54% of Smart Cart-attributed sales; DIME also praised Rebuy Engine’s support and ease of implementation.
