Fanjoy Fuels the Creator Economy, Sees AOV Climb by 11.7%

Fanjoy, the ecommerce merchandise and brand-building partner for internet creators, wanted a better way to introduce shoppers to new creators and their merch across multiple storefronts. The team needed a solution that was easy to install and flexible enough to support creative merchandising, with a focus on cart UX and product discovery. Rebuy Engine was chosen to help solve this challenge.

Rebuy Engine implemented Smart Cart, in-checkout add-ons, and recently viewed items, using rulesets and AI-driven recommendations to cross-sell across creator collections and promote campaigns like creator launches and mystery sales. Fanjoy used Rebuy Engine to surface up to 20 cross-sells in cart and regularly updated promotions to match new launches. The result was an 11.7% increase in AOV, 10.45% of total sales attributed to Rebuy Engine, and nearly 1 in 5 orders containing a Rebuy add-on.
