Rebbix implemented a vertically integrated product team that took joint ownership of the Pay&Ship feature. Their solution involved high-load architecture development, extensive A/B testing, and integrations with new shipping providers. As a result, Rebbix helped drive Pay&Ship to become the #1 purchasing method on the platform, achieving a 6.6x increase in transactions and an 85% decrease in customer support requests per 1K transactions over a two-year period.
