The Remy, a LIVEbe community in Prince George’s County, wanted to reimagine the traditional open house as a fully virtual experience so prospects could tour the property conveniently before leasing. To make that happen, the team used Realync’s video tour platform to showcase the community online in a way that still felt engaging and informative.

Realync helped The Remy host a live virtual open house with staff-led video tours, on-demand videos, and direct texting with leasing team members. The event drew 51 attendees, generated 77 clicks on the open house link, and led to 9 applications the same day, with 8 applicants wanting to move in that month and 4 more applications coming in shortly after.
