Pre-leasing a Brand New Community in the Middle of Construction

As a new community in Carmel, Indiana, the team needed a way to help prospects confidently understand the apartments before tours were possible, even though the property was still messy and far from show-ready.

Realync’s video engagement platform gave the leasing team a practical way to send authentic apartment tour videos to prospects, letting them see the real space and revisit it as often as needed. In just three months, The Railyard pre-leased 10% of its 208 units before holding a single on-site tour, and at least half of applicants said they likely would not have leased so early without the video tours.
