Chestnut Hill Realty, a Boston-to-Providence apartment owner and manager, wanted to increase leases and needed a better way to introduce video into its leasing process. After already adopting a new leasing management system, the company began using Realync as an optional tool for its leasing staff to offer tailored apartment videos to prospective residents.
Realync helped Chestnut Hill Realty build company-wide “Realync Expectations” and expand from prerecorded unit tours to live video tours, follow-up videos after in-person and self-guided tours, and move-in videos for new residents. The approach gained strong internal adoption and measurable impact, with 104 leases influenced by a Realync video in 2019, while also helping streamline leasing during office closures and improve the overall tour experience.
