St Anthony's School - Customer Case Study

St Anthony’s School, an outstanding special school in Chichester, needed a cost-effective way to help visually impaired pupils access the interactive whiteboard during lessons without singling them out or disrupting class. The school turned to RealVNC and its VNC Connect remote access software to improve accessibility for pupils with complex learning, medical and language difficulties.

RealVNC implemented a trial of VNC Connect that led to 25 classroom licenses, allowing pupils to view lessons on their tablets from anywhere in the room. The solution was secure, quick to set up, and required no training, helping pupils engage more fully, reduce frustration and fatigue, and support greater independence and confidence. St Anthony’s reported improved progress, and parents said children were more interested and excited by the curriculum.
