Pratt and Whitney Canada, a global aerospace engine design and testing leader, needed a secure way for its Test Facility Computing team to remotely support staff across 80 test facilities worldwide. Desk-side visits were impractical, and daily engine testing meant any delay or downtime could be costly, so the company turned to RealVNC and its VNC Connect Enterprise subscription.

RealVNC implemented remote access across all test sites and even on 747 test planes, allowing engineers to troubleshoot issues in real time, collaborate remotely, and resolve problems without travel. The result was faster problem identification and resolution, reduced downtime, lower support call repeat rates and on-site travel costs, and improved efficiency across 400 staff and 800 remote computers.
