Marina Bay Sands, Asia’s leading destination for business, leisure, and entertainment, needed a secure way for its small IT team to support systems spread across its large resort without constantly traveling between hotel, casino, and business units. Using RealVNC remote access software, specifically VNC Connect Enterprise, the team could manage servers and desktops remotely while keeping guest disruption low and meeting strict security and compliance needs.

RealVNC implemented secure, encrypted remote access with 256-bit AES encryption, enabling Marina Bay Sands to support more than 3,000 users and around 2,000 remote computers from one place. The result was faster problem resolution, fewer desk-side visits, reduced on-site travel, and better use of staff time and resources, improving both operational efficiency and guest experience.
