Kyrene School District, an Arizona school district serving 25 schools, needed a way for its IT team to support 3,000 staff and 19,000 students across a large, spread-out network of workstations. The district chose RealVNC remote access software, specifically VNC Connect Enterprise, to help technicians quickly troubleshoot issues without traveling between schools.
RealVNC enabled the IT team to take control of machines remotely, resolve a large share of support requests faster, and reduce the need for lengthy phone guidance and on-site visits.
