iQuate, a world leader in enterprise software analysis and discovery, needed a way to deliver more customer training without relying solely on in-person sessions at its Dublin headquarters. Using RealVNC’s VNC Connect Enterprise subscription, the company wanted to let trainees access its QA Lab remotely while supporting growing demand for training in customers’ own offices.

RealVNC implemented licensed VNC Server computers in iQuate’s QA Lab and had customers install the free VNC Viewer to join remote training sessions. This enabled secure, real-time access to lab machines, simplified course delivery, and reduced travel and support overhead. As a result, iQuate improved training quality, saved time and money, and lowered on-site travel and support costs.
