Essentia partnered with Realtime Media to boost in-store engagement and mobile enrollments through an SMS-driven sweepstakes. Facing the challenge of getting shoppers to visit participating retailers and enter a promotion easily from their phones, Essentia used Realtime Media’s SMS-Entry Sweepstakes / Omni-Channel Sweepstakes Entry approach to connect physical product codes to a digital entry funnel.

Realtime Media implemented unique entry codes printed on bottles that consumers texted to a custom SMS short code, plus a custom landing page to list participating stores and encourage social follow-up. The campaign drove more than 6,000 sweepstakes entries and over 1,000 landing-page visits, demonstrating Realtime Media’s ability to convert retail exposure into measurable mobile engagement.
