Stella & Dot wanted a creative way to promote its KEEP Designer program while also introducing the new KEEP Collective jewelry line in a single email campaign. The company also needed to personalize imagery for each recipient, improve email performance, and test contextual content against static content. It worked with RealTime Email to address these goals.

Using RealTime Email’s LiveImages and contextual email technology, Stella & Dot personalized the hero image with each recipient’s first name in a custom font and extended contextual imagery into the secondary call-to-action. The campaign produced a 13.3 second average time of engagement, doubled click-through activity in the hero image section, and delivered a 50% engagement boost compared with previous static secondary images.
