One Click Ventures, a privately held e-commerce company based in Greenwood, Ind., wanted a more personalized and engaging email experience. Its standard email design was repetitive and did not create urgency around short-term sales, so the company turned to RealTime Email to support its digital communications and email marketing goals.

The company reported a 90 percent increase in visits, more than 12 percent increase in conversion rate, and more than 110 percent increase in revenue, along with 43 percent of subscribers who opened the email reopening it later in a Cyber Monday campaign.
