Costco, the retail membership warehouse club, wanted its email program to drive more online revenue, raise order values, and show products in a more engaging way. It also needed to keep deployment costs low, avoid delivery issues, and ensure compatibility, so it turned to RealTime Email’s video in email for selected campaigns.
With RealTime Email, Costco used video to feature products such as the Sportcraft Basketball Arcade system and to better appeal to mobile viewers.
