Cineplex Entertainment, one of Canada’s leading entertainment companies, wanted email functionality its current service provider did not offer. It began testing RealTime Email from Liveclicker to see whether contextual elements could improve engagement and support online ticket sales.
Using RealTime Email, Cineplex tested LiveImages, LiveMaps, LiveTimers, and LiveVideos against static content across more than 80 campaigns between December 2015 and July 2016. After eight months, the tests showed that RealTime Email improved ticket sales via traditional email content by over 68%, helping Cineplex sell over 29,000 more tickets.
