Chico’s, a women’s clothing and accessories retailer with more than 700 locations in North America, wanted to drive online sales with email marketing while reducing daily email volume. The retailer needed a way to combine three separate, time-sensitive offers into a single email so subscribers could reopen the same message for updated content throughout the day.
RealTime Email created a single “3 Deals 1 Day” email template that revealed each offer in real time as the prior sale ended, ending with a generic ongoing sale banner. The campaign produced 2x the conversion rate of Chico’s average campaigns, a 37.5% total open rate, and a 7.5% total click-thru rate, with a 92.3% unique click-thru rate for shoppers who opted into additional email reminders.
