Jones Media, publisher of The Greeneville Sun in Greeneville, Tennessee, was facing flat recruitment advertising growth and needed a better way to expand the reach and performance of its online job ads to compete with national and local job boards. RealMatch implemented TheJobNetwork, Real-Time Job Matching, and RealLeads to distribute job ads across thousands of sites, target better-matched candidates, and help the sales team prospect more effectively. The results were strong: Jones Media reported nearly 100% adoption of the solution, more than 6,000 job seekers registered, recruitment traffic reached about 10% of site visitors, and online employment advertising revenue increased by approximately 500% in 2011.
