SHBC Becomes Multi-Generational with Multi-Platform Tool

Spring Hills Baptist Church, a SBC congregation in Granville, OH with 1,350 weekly attendees, 20 staff, two campuses, and more than 44 ministry programs, needed a way to unify communication and discipleship across ages and sites — including a new Utica campus, a school, preschool, and 1,000+ volunteers. To prevent people from falling through the cracks and to track spiritual growth, the church turned to Realm, using the Realm Connect app and custom Pathways to reach leaders, members, and visitors throughout the week.

Realm implemented custom Pathways and the Realm Connect app so staff and leaders can view member profiles, follow up regularly, manage sign-ups and tithing, track prayer requests, and monitor discipleship progress. As a result, Spring Hills Baptist Church has strengthened multi-generational engagement, equipped congregants to become active disciples, and improved the church’s ability to track each attendee’s development across ministries — helping their teams more effectively connect with and grow their 1,300+ weekly attendees.
