Columbia Baptist Church, a two-campus Baptist-SBC church in Falls Church, VA, wanted a better way to keep its diverse congregation connected and engaged. With more than 1,200 weekly attendees, 33 staff members, and a strong focus on community outreach, the church needed a simpler way to group members, communicate effectively, and maintain up-to-date contact information. Realm provided Columbia Baptist Church with a church management platform that enabled staff to organize groups, share events, prayer requests, and curriculum, and reduce reliance on email distribution lists. Members can now update their own personal information, improving data accuracy and saving staff time.
