TYR, a premier fitness brand specializing in technical swimwear and footwear, faced a significant challenge with its growing online business. ReaLift implemented its RealFoot web-based sizing solution on TYR's e-commerce site. This tool allowed shoppers to find their ideal shoe size digitally before buying. The results after several months were substantial, including a 33% lower return rate and a 54% year-over-year improvement in conversion rates. ReaLift's solution was used by 27% of shoppers to make their purchase, generating over 21,500 scans of its tool.
