As a digital native brand, its growth was hampered by a high rate of returns and exchanges because new customers could not try on shoes before purchasing and were confused by the differing fits across its product line. To solve this, they partnered with ReaLift and implemented its web-based footwear sizing solution.

The ReaLift solution allowed shoppers to easily find their ideal shoe size online. After deploying the tool, RUDIS saw a dramatic improvement in its key metrics. The results over twelve months included a 58.3% lower return rate for users of the tool, a 78% conversion rate after a scan, and a total of 46,386 scans, demonstrating the significant positive impact of the ReaLift technology.
