Duradero, a work boot company founded in 2020, faced a significant challenge with online sales. Because their boots feature a large toe-box and wide-width options, which are different from many legacy brands, customers frequently ordered the wrong size. This led to a high rate of returns from shoppers trying multiple sizes, which hurt the company's inventory and marketing performance.

To solve this, Duradero deployed ReaLift's web-based footwear sizing solution. This tool allowed shoppers to find their ideal boot size, which led to a 49% decrease in total return value and an 18.4% higher average order value. After six months, a third of all shoppers were using the ReaLift tool to ensure a proper fit.
