ReadyTech Reinvents Silver Peak’s Self-paced Classes With New Student Voucher System

Silver Peak, a global leader in broadband and hybrid WAN solutions, was using ReadyTech’s self-paced training offering to deliver lab-based courses, but its manual voucher request process caused delays of up to three days. Because students had to email the training department and wait for a voucher, about 35% never completed the labs, reducing training completion and putting product adoption at risk.

ReadyTech worked with Silver Peak to build a self-service e-commerce portal for online lab vouchers, with voucher tracking, flexible billing, and financial transaction management. The new system let students request access immediately whenever they were ready, and Silver Peak saw an 80–90% increase in voucher redemptions, more students completing training, and improved product adoption.
