Documentum’s Worldwide Education Services Builds Global Training Program on ReadyTech

EMC Documentum, a division of EMC Corporation, needed a better way to deliver highly technical, hands-on software training to customers and partners across 50 countries. Its Worldwide Education Services team was burdened by the cost, complexity, and risk of setting up, shipping, restoring, and supporting physical training labs at sites around the world, making global training difficult to scale. ReadyTech’s ILT platform automated the delivery, configuration, and teardown of training lab environments, letting students access real Documentum software through a browser from anywhere in the world.
