MSC Cruises needed a show-stopping technological attraction for their innovative MSC Virtuosa cruise ship. Their challenge was to humanize "Rob," the first humanoid robotic bartender at sea, by giving it a voice that could converse expressively with guests to build an immersive experience. ReadSpeaker implemented an expressive, multi-lingual TTS voice for the robot bartender. The solution allowed Rob to tell jokes and engage with guests in a human-like way, enhancing the immersive experience.
