BareMetrics uses ReadMe for its API documentation as it expanded beyond a Stripe-only product. As customers asked for support for other platforms, the small team needed a way to address broader demand without spending time building separate integrations for each request.
With ReadMe, BareMetrics could document each new API endpoint as soon as it was built and keep the docs updated as the API evolved. The team also used the docs internally, including for a manual subscription feature built on top of the API. BareMetrics says ReadMe helped the engineering and customer success teams work together and keep the documentation friendly and accurate.
