Cadgroup, a software reseller serving the manufacturing, construction, mining and plant industries, needed a self-sufficient ERP system that could handle complex, bespoke processes without relying on third-party applications or developers. ReadiNow helped automate manual contract renewal work that previously took at least 30 minutes per client and reduced it to under two minutes, saving significant time and giving Cadgroup full control over its business processes.
