Reactful worked with Farmers Insurance Group, an insurance company looking to increase online purchases of insurance policies. The challenge was low conversion rates on their site, especially around encouraging visitors to complete an online application for an Accidental Death Insurance Policy.
Reactful used its AI platform to predict visitor intent and trigger targeted messages and animations at key moments, such as page exit, form leave, idle time, and scroll behavior. The campaign increased site-wide insurance purchases by 67.4%, from 3.23% without Reactful to 5.41% with Reactful, and the results were reported as 96% statistically significant.
