Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile, a 415-room hotel, needed to comply with Chicago’s Hotel Workers Sexual Harassment Ordinance by providing employees with portable panic buttons that could instantly summon help and include GPS-based location tracking. The hotel turned to React Mobile for a safety solution that would meet the city’s requirements and help protect housekeepers on shift.

React Mobile implemented its Bluetooth Panic Buttons with the HotSOS Housekeeping Integration and Hospitality App, leveraging the hotel’s existing smart devices to avoid unnecessary costs.
