Nautilus by Arlo - Customer Case Study

Nautilus by Arlo, a historic hotel in Miami Beach, faced the challenge of complying with a new city ordinance requiring a safety notification device for its employees. The hotel needed a solution that could instantly summon help and, crucially, provide the precise location of a staff member in distress, which existing noisemaker devices could not do. They reached out to vendor React Mobile for a compliant panic button solution.

React Mobile implemented its Bluetooth panic button solution, integrated with the existing Knowcross KNOWHousekeeping app. This provided a quick and easy way for housekeepers to call for help while delivering the location-based information mandated by the ordinance. The results were a successful two-day installation covering 100% of the hotel's 250 rooms and providing protection for at least 30 housekeepers. React Mobile's solution ensured staff safety and full regulatory compliance.
