Prospects could scan a QR code at events to claim a gift that arrived later from Reachdesk’s global warehouse network, and the team used items like coffee gift cards and wellness hampers to keep engagement high. The results included improved post-event engagement, increased webinar registrations, and better internal alignment between marketing, sales, customer success, and account teams.
