Sales Impact Academy (SIA), a London-based online B2B sales and marketing education platform, needed a scalable way to celebrate and engage clients as COVID-19 forced teams to work remotely. Traditional one-off direct mail and gifting were not sustainable and home addresses made delivery difficult, so SIA turned to Reachdesk and its direct-mail and gifting platform to solve the challenge.
Reachdesk let SIA push CRM data into automated campaigns, use an address verification feature so recipients could choose delivery addresses, and offer eGift cards to prospects; this removed the burden of sourcing, warehousing and sending gifts. As a result Reachdesk powered SIA’s Learner of the Month rewards, drove an increase in Impact Assessments taken and significantly lowered meeting no-show rates, and SIA plans to expand Reachdesk use for branded swag and onboarding sends.
