Sailthru creates immersive webinar experiences

Sailthru, a unified omnichannel marketing automation provider, needed to convert remote prospects into qualified pipeline across Europe and APAC after cold outbound email effectiveness dropped and their previous supplier could only fulfil US direct mail. To recreate the impact of physical events and support multi-touchpoint outreach, Sailthru engaged Reachdesk to provide gifting and experiential touchpoints for virtual events.

Reachdesk enabled Sailthru to run an immersive virtual cooking-class webinar with celebrity chef Lorraine Pascal, sending handwritten recipe cards and eGift cards so attendees could fully participate from home. The campaign drove a 76% live attendance rate, and Sailthru plans to expand use of Reachdesk across its ABM and BDR teams in the US, Europe and Australia to continue delivering standout remote experiences.
