Prophet puts employees first with global gifting campaigns

Prophet, a consulting firm with around 500 employees, was growing rapidly in 2022 and onboarding about 30 new hires each month. The People team needed a better way to support remote employees across North America, EMEA, and Asia with a consistent onboarding experience, stronger belonging, and a more scalable gifting process, which led them to partner with Reachdesk for global gifting.

Using Reachdesk’s gifting and direct mail platform, Prophet standardized new-hire welcome bundles worldwide and launched an EVP/company-values campaign with “uncommon” gifts sent to 700 employees. The result was a more consistent global employee experience, stronger company culture, and a “really great sense of belonging” in engagement surveys; Reachdesk also supported other gifting initiatives, including a book launch shipped to clients globally.
