With Reachdesk’s gifting and direct mail platform, Cvent launched personalized campaigns using gift cards, physical gifts, and marketplace items across more than 180 countries, integrated with Marketo, Salesforce, and Salesloft. The results were strong: gifting became Cvent’s fourth highest converting channel, the team ran 100+ campaigns in two years, and the approach drove meaningful engagement and pipeline impact across marketing, sales, and customer success.
