CoachHub books more meetings with enterprise accounts through gifting

CoachHub, a global leader in digital coaching, wanted to improve lead conversion and break into hard-to-reach enterprise accounts in the competitive UK market. The field marketing team needed a better way to turn MQLs into SQLs and engage senior HR decision makers more effectively, and they partnered with Reachdesk for gifting and direct mail.

Using Reachdesk, CoachHub added personalized gifts and direct mail to post-event follow-ups, content download nurture, and enterprise outreach, including coffee vouchers, bespoke hampers, and charity donations where gifting was sensitive. The results were strong: MQL-to-SQL conversion rose from 10–13% to 25%+, 128 sends drove 45 meeting bookings in H1 2023, and a separate campaign to UK top 600 accounts generated 12 meetings from 45 sends.
