BlackLine, a cloud-based accounting and finance software provider, needed new ways to connect with finance and accounting professionals during the Covid-19 pandemic, when in-person events were no longer possible. To overcome digital fatigue and maintain engagement with prospects, BlackLine partnered with Reachdesk to add gifting to its marketing campaigns and sales outreach in the EMEA region.
Using Reachdesk’s personalized eGifts and gift bundles, BlackLine ran seasonal campaigns like Hoppy Christmas and Bunny Boost, and also supported BDR outreach with breakfast boxes and coffee vouchers. The results included a 71% redemption rate for gift bundles and engagement from 779 players in the immersive digital game, helping drive brand awareness, buzz, and stronger sales conversations.
