YMCA of the Triangle faced inconsistent, flyer-driven communications across multiple Raleigh-area branches and needed an easy, staff-friendly way to standardize messaging and improve member engagement. In spring 2013 they partnered with Reach to deploy Reach’s digital signage in over a dozen locations to promote memberships, services, and consistent brand messaging across facilities.

Reach delivered a combined digital signage, mobile app and CMS solution—rolling signage out to 12+ sites and later launching a single Reach-hosted mobile app across 16 branches. The Reach platform enabled real-time updates, simple schedule uploads, push notifications and centralized content administration, resulting in cleaner facilities, faster, more consistent member communications, stronger promotion of programs and positive member response to the new app (backed by branch email campaigns and grassroots outreach).
