University of California, Los Angeles - Customer Case Study

University of California, Los Angeles partnered with Reach in 2009 to address the challenge of delivering a maximum amount of timely information to students, alumni and visitors across campus. UCLA needed a flexible, interactive solution that could serve multiple audiences with alerts, schedules, wayfinding and event information.

Reach implemented a network of digital signage and touch screen systems running Reach software—now more than 40 installations campus-wide—enabling UCLA to publish services, social feeds, facility hours, maps and printable/emailable schedules. The Reach deployment gave staff real‑time editing control, broadened outreach and engagement across audiences, and standardized campus information delivery.
