Spartanburg County Sheriff Department in Spartanburg, SC needed a reliable way to communicate and alert staff, inmates, and visitors across three facilities. They partnered with Reach in December and implemented REACH’s software to explore digital signage, live tickers, and alerting tools.

Reach deployed 16 digital signage displays across the County Sheriff’s office, Main Jail, and Annex Jail showing jail rules, visitation schedules, announcements, weather, live news tickers, and live TV; several screens are also used to publicize unsolved cases and solicit tips to identify suspects and vehicles. The Reach solution has given staff an easy-to-use, broad-reaching notification channel—already live across 16 screens—and has improved information delivery to inmates, booking areas, and visitors while enabling public assistance on active cases.
