PEM, the largest firm of accountants, tax and business advisers in Cambridge, needed to move clients off slow, desktop property systems and onto modern cloud tools to enable strategic, forward-looking advice. To serve property clients, PEM selected Re-Leased, an automated, intelligent property management software (a Xero Industry-Specific App of the Year winner) that integrates with Xero and other cloud apps.

PEM integrated Re-Leased into its strategic app stack and has already moved two clients onto the platform, gaining live, synchronised data, automated reminders/alerts, calendar and Outlook/Google integrations, and faster implementations “up and running in weeks.” By using Re-Leased, PEM achieved increased visibility of information and financials, improved operational efficiency for clients, and stronger, more valuable adviser–client relationships.
