Lamport Hall Preservation Trust is bringing a heritage site into the new age

Lamport Hall Preservation Trust (Lamport Hall) manages a large, diverse portfolio — 40 residential units, 70 commercial units, 3,000 acres of farmland and three farm tenancies — but was running a manual, paper‑based system that made tracking leases, rent reviews, repairs and statutory compliance difficult. To modernise its processes, the Trust chose Re‑Leased’s cloud property management system, selected for its functionality and ability to integrate with Xero accounting software.

Re‑Leased implemented a centralised platform that captures lease data, compliance dates, rent arrears and maintenance records and can produce on‑demand reports (for example, total rent and gas‑safety certificate renewals), improving audit readiness for the Charity Commission and HMRC. The Re‑Leased solution has reduced reliance on paper, given staff instant access to property performance and compliance metrics, and is catalysing further digital initiatives such as cloud archiving and planned augmented‑reality visitor experiences.
