The Pittsburgh Steelers worked with rDialogue to address a key challenge: while their fans were highly loyal, the organization wanted to better recognize, thank, and deepen its relationship with that fan base. rDialogue helped the Steelers develop a strategy and program to strengthen the connection between the team and “Steelers Nation.”
rDialogue implemented a fan engagement program designed to unite the Steelers organization with supporters through targeted communications and rewards. The results were strong: the fan database within 100 miles grew 36% in the first three months, weekly event emails averaged a 30.5% open rate, profile completion reached 74% without incentives, and reward redemptions had an average order size 5% higher than other transactions.
