Huddle House, the restaurant chain known for hearty, home-style breakfasts, wanted to strengthen customer loyalty and increase visit frequency and spend in an increasingly competitive market. To do that, they engaged rDialogue to help design a loyalty program and determine the right technology platform to support their customer loyalty needs.
rDialogue developed Huddle Up Rewards™, a loyalty program that rewards guests with food, offers, and other perks the more they dine. Using a design-led technology approach, rDialogue also ran a technology RFP and selection process, helping Huddle House launch a pilot in October 2015 and roll it out systemwide in early 2016, with strong enrollment, saving, and redemption results.
