RCLCO conducted a unique analysis that studied local market trends and drew insights from analogous campus-adjacent developments in other markets. This approach allowed them to quantify demand and create a recommended product mix and phasing plan for the community. As a result of RCLCO's study, construction began on a first phase featuring a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, rental apartments, retail, and greenspaces, designed to appeal to an intergenerational market with the first units planned for 2021.
