Brad’s Pool Supply partnered with RB Retail & Service Solutions after a serious theft incident at their retail location, where an employee had been stealing money through fraudulent credit card transactions. They were still using a paper-and-pencil system for inventory and only counted stock once a year, so they wanted better protection, tighter inventory control, and a more reliable point of sale system.

RB Retail & Service Solutions implemented its software in 2016, helping Brad’s Pool Supply sync with QuickBooks, track daily sales and profit margins in seconds, and streamline reporting and inventory management. The system also integrated with pool water testing service software so employees could easily see what customers were supposed to purchase, reducing guesswork at checkout and improving accuracy; according to the founder, the business became more profitable and was ultimately sold at the price they wanted.
