Screenmobile, a nationwide on-site window and door screen installation franchisor, faced an obsolete and inefficient field management system that threatened growth and required a major corporate effort to replace. After a committee defined more than 100 required features and evaluated 75 systems, they selected RazorSync as the field management solution that “far exceeded the rest.”
RazorSync worked with Screenmobile — including VP Chris Rywelski and internal lead Stephanie Andrade — to customize the application, provide RazorSync University training, create templates and custom forms, and support rollout to corporate staff and franchisees. The solution delivered QuickBooks integration, card-swipe mobile payments, and mobile tablets for new operators; RazorSync reduced costs by at least half versus the prior system, saved “hours of entry every day” by eliminating paper work orders, and saw ten existing operators adopt the system in the first month.
